Please update phone number changes in the clinic. This will help me contact you quickly if an emergency happens involving your child.

It is very important that I obtain the most up-to-date immunizations for your child. If they are in the process of getting immunizations, please be prompt in getting those when they are due. If you are unsure of your child’s immunization status, please stop by the clinic or give me a call.

Always pack a spare pair of clothes, including underwear and socks, in your child’s backpack. Accident and spills happen often.

It is important to call, email or send a note to the nurse and teacher if your child is having any type of health problem on a particular day. For example, your child wakes up with a bad headache, and no fever, so you decide to let him/her try going to school. Call the nurse, share this information with her, and ask to be called if your child comes to the clinic. This is extremely helpful for the nurse since she often sees 40 or more children a day.
